I visited Windsor Diamonds after seeing the commercial on TV and noticing several settings that I really liked. At the time, my Boyfriend and I were talking about engagement and he didn’t know the first thing about buying jewelry.Valerie and Joe were so welcoming and helpful from the moment we walked in the door. They made us feel totally comfortable and gave us a lot of helpful education.We ended up picking a setting that needed some customization and the end result was absolutely stunning. Rick took a beautiful design and made it even more breathtaking.Joe also helped us find a diamond that was exactly what we wanted and much larger than what we had expected for our budget.I could not be Happier with our expeience and highly recommend this Family owned jewelry store if you’re in the market for some new bling. Stay away from the chain retailers and support a fantastic local business who cares about you as a customer.

This place is first class. I used to take my jewelry to another place in Folsom years ago. When that place closed, I started going to Windsor. If only I had known about them sooner. Their customer service is amazing and they are extremely knowledgable. I recommend them to all my friends and family.They are one of the true “family businesses” in Folsom. My only wish is that I had more money to support their business:) They have so many gorgeous pieces, I would love to add them to my collection.

I am pretty new to Yelp and a beginner when it comes to looking for engagement rings. I recently went to Windsor Diamonds to check out the inventory. Everyone was very nice and very helpful. The employees really helped my girlfriend and me understand information about different types of rings and educated us on what to look for before buying a ring including learning the four C’s with Diamonds. I felt extremely comfortable and was not pushed in any way and we got to try on many rings without them requiring our information or budget (opposite of test driving a new car). I let the owner know that their business was my first stop upon visiting other jewelers in the area in which they let us know it was a good idea to check out other jewelers. Well, after visiting other jewelers, I felt more connected to the Windsor Diamond Family. I later met with Joe to go over their selection of diamonds and discuss the details of the ring setting. All I can say is that the whole experience, and the ring, was stress-free AND was exactly what my (now) fiance and I were looking for when starting the next phase of our lives.

I have been a customer of Windsor Diamonds for approximately 6 years. I have always had excellent service and their prices are very fair. Their jewelry designer Rick has designed two rings for me. I am always amazed on how wonderful they turn out. Rick also guarantees all his work. This is my favorite jewelry store!

December 28th was our 20th wedding anniversary and as usual I procastinated until the last minute. I started my search for a special customized ring on Dec.12th…I know, I know pretty dumb:). I started frantically visiting various jewelry stores; nothing, I mean nothing excited me. I then discovered Windsor, my daughter and I walked in and after spending 10 minutes with Joe, the Owner, we felt at home and absolutely knew without a shadow of a doubt we would be doing business with Joe. Both of my daughters were part of designing the ring for their mother, we made multiple trips and Joe was an absolute gentlemen. We had a good time laughing and enjoying the entire process, Joe’s a very funny and easy going guy! Although it was a very busy Holiday Season for Joe and his Family, he made it happen and got the ring done in time to keep me “out of the dog house”:). Joe and Valerie’s son Rick did his majic and created a one of a kind ring that should keep me good for a few years. I have instructed ALL of my Family and continue to tell everyone I can to use Windsor for any and ALL Jewelry needs!

Stopped in last week to get a watch battery (replaced on the spot and for a very resonable price)…and found an AMAZING Amethyst Ring….That of course I had to have… Hey send me into a Jewelry store to get a watch battery and YES, I’ll probably find something I like! The ring needed to be sized, which took just a few days. It was delivered on time, looking fabulous and I’m in Love!I’ll definitely be back for repairs, watch batteries, and to just shop. Everyone I came in contact with was way friendly, knowledgeable, and really seemed like they cared about my business. Run the flag up the pole and salute it, cause this is just what small business needs to be modeled after! Perfection! Thank You!

I went in looking for a different setting for my ring and Valerie helped me find the perfect one. They are all so wonderful and so pleasant. They made me feel welcome and not at all pushy like other jewelers. Definitely will be back for other jewelry needs or repairs. Thank you, thank you:)

My BF and I are getting married and decided to check them out. We wanted basic for now and later on, get me my DIAMOND!!We were shown their nicest rings and were SOLD! I recently went to redesign my wedding ring. I was really impressed with the excellent customer service. Rick, the store manager was really helpful and not there just to make a sale. They are resonably priced and completed my ring as promised. I received so many compliments on my new ring. Windsor Diamonds are now my Jeweler for life. I tell everyone about them.
